
Each project has its own site specific quality plan developed by the contract manager in conjunction with our experienced inhouse quality manager. On site, all members of the contract management team are fully briefed on the plan. They are supported by senior staff to ensure it cascades throughout the whole delivery team and supply chain partners and subcontractors.
During a project, the contract manager will be responsible for ensuring the plan is maintained and updated. In particular they will check that the testing schedule is up to date and that all hold points have been appropriately signed off.
